Three persons were killed and five others injured in a hit-and-run case when a speeding vehicle rammed into a stationary autorickshaw in the district today, police said.
Two passengers of the autorickshaw and its driver were killed on the spot, they said.
Five others, including three women, were injured and had been admitted to a hospital here.
Investigations were on to identify the vehicle that hit the autorickshaw and sped away, police added.
