The explosion occurred when an infrastructure company, which had completed its work under PMGSY scheme at Ladda in Pancheri belt was shifting its material, including blasting material to other places, a police officer said here.
During the shifting process, an explosion took place around 8:45 AM in which one person died on the spot and two others got injured, he said.
Both succumbed to their injuries while on way to the hospital, he added.
