3 NCP workers held for distributing money to rickshaw drivers

Three persons were today detained for allegedly distributing money to some autorickshaw drivers for putting stickers of the local Lok Sabha NCP candidate in Dombivili, police said.
Rs 1.21 lakh were recovered from them, police said.
The three persons, said to be NCP workers, were distributing Rs 2,200 to each autorickshaw driver asking them to put up the stickers and small banners of NCP candidate from Kalyan Anand Paranjpe, Police Inspector Milind Patil said.
Further investigation into the case is on.
