"Anmol Singh, 55 and his two sons Kamal Nain Singh alias Honey, 21, and Prab Simran Singh, 23 -- all resident of Jail road, Prem Nagar locality -- were arrested within 24 hours of stabbing two senior citizens, Bhagat Singh and Inder Mohan Singh on late Saturday night," said V Renganathan, ACP West District.
According to police, Kamal had a quarrel with Tajender Singh alias Rinku, son of Bhagat Singh, at a restaurant on Saturday night.
Kamal along with his brother Prab Simran and father Anmol went to Rinku's house and challenged him and his family.
"When Rinku's father Bhagat Singh and his uncle Inder Mohan Singh tried to intervene, they were furiously attacked with knives by the trio. When their family members came to their rescue, they were also attacked them.
"Later, in the hospital, Bhagat Singh succumbed to injuries and the three accused escaped from their house," Renganathan said.
He said Kamal is a high school dropout and was earlier involved in one case, while his brother Money is an engineer.
