The incident occurred when the victims were returning to their homes in Saini Majra village, they said.
The trio - Baldev Singh, Krishan Singh and Narender - died on the spot following the mishap while the driver of the tractor trolley also sustained serious injuries, police said.
The locals brought the bodies to civil hospital here, they said.
An investigation is on in the matter, police added.
