3 policemen injured in grenade attack in Kashmir

Three policemen were today injured in a grenade attack by suspected militants at a crowded market in Budgam district of Kashmir, a police officer said.
Manzoor Ahmad, Shabir and Maroof were injured this morning in the grenade explosion near a taxi stand at Chadoora, 15 kms from here, he said.
They were rushed to a hospital with splinter injuries, the officer said, adding, a manhunt has been launched to nab the culprits.
No militant outfit has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
