According to the bulk deal information with the BSE, Sudhir Agarwal sold 19 lakh shares, Girish Agarwal - 18.50 lakh shares, and Pawan Agarwal - 16.59 lakh shares.
DB Corp stocks were offloaded at an average price of Rs 295, amounting to the total deal size of about Rs 159.57 crore.
For the quarter ending December 31, 2013, Pawan Agarwal held 15.35 per cent stake in DB Corp, while Sudhir and Girish Agarwal held 14.55 per cent and 10.19 per cent respectively.
DB Corp scrip closed 0.39 per cent down at Rs 291.05 on the BSE.
