Harjeet Singh, Amandeep Singh and Gurmeet Singh were involved in several cases of attempt to murder, stabbing, extortion and possession of illegal arms, he said.
The officer said the police completed a dossier against the three alleged criminals as they had become a "threat to safety and security of the people.
