3 undertial prisoners escape from police custody
"Lab Mondal, Byomkesh Karmakar and Sabirul Sk, who were arrested on the charge of carrying fake currency notes, broke open the window of a toilet and escaped from the police custody early this morning," Superintendent of Police Kalyan Mukherjee said.
Earlier, they were produced before a local court and was remanded to police custody, the police said.
