These works, carried out by Central and Delhi government agencies including Public Works Department (PWD), New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and Commonwealth Games Organising Committee, were at different stages of investigation, official sources said.
At least 37 government departments have spent over Rs 13,000 crore in 9,000 publicly-funded CWG-related projects.
The CVC, which was probing over 70 CWG corruption cases, has closed investigation in nearly 20 complaints since 2010, the sources said.
"The cases are at different stage of investigation. The CVC has written to various departments seeking their comments on the corruption charges. In most of the cases, concerned departments have been delaying the response. The Commission is taking up the matter with these departments," a source said.
The Commonwealth Games, held here between October 3-14, 2010, were mired in allegations of corruption in execution of various projects.
Taking note of allegations of large scale corruption in CWG work, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had appointed a High Level Committee (HLC) under the chairmanship of former Comptroller and Auditor General V K Shunglu to look into them.
A list of 26 Commonwealth Games related work, which are under investigation of the CVC's Chief Technical Examination wing, is also put up on the Commission's website. These works are worth Rs 3,316.58 crore.
Cases related to alleged corruption in street lighting work and construction of ring road by pass from Salim Garh Fort to Velodrome Road, both worth over Rs 300 crore, also figure in the list.
