3000 intoxicant capsules seized
On a specific information, police nabbed a drug peddler named Naresh alias Kungari at Nag Nagar Morh in Kathua and recovered 1,000 capsules of Par-Van-Spas from him.
In another incident in the area, a drug peddler, Sunil Kumar, on seeing a police team escaped after throwing a polythene bag, carrying 2000 capsules of Par-van-Spas.
