The body, found on the ground in Abu Shagara residential area on Friday morning, had injury marks on the neck, the Gulf News reported.
The body of the man, who was not identified, has been moved to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
A case has been registered with Al Buhairah Police and witnesses have been summoned, the paper said.
