A trap was laid by sending a decoy customer to place a bet on a IPL match and thereafter a police team nabbed the four accused identified as Sanjeev, Suresh, Jitender and Suresh Kashyap, they said.
Police seized Rs 18 lakh cash, one TV and five mobile handsets from their possession.
