A huge cache of illegal arms and parts of weapons was also seized from the spot, police said.
Radhakishan, Ramesh, Chetan and Sonu were making the weapons and selling them in Kama, Bharatpur and Ding areas of Rajasthan, they said.
On receiving information, police conducted a raid and caught the accused, they said, adding that they were being interrogated.
