4 killed in MUV-trailer collision

Four persons were killed and 12 other passengers injured after an MUV carrying them collided head on with a trailer in Latehar district today, police said.
The trailer, which was on its way to Delhi from Jamshedpur, collided with the MUV near Gunjrai village under Chandwa police station on NH-75.
While a woman passenger and the driver of the MUV died on the spot, two children succumbed to their injuries in hospital, police said.
The injured passengers were referred to a Ranchi hospital after they were provided first aid in local health centre.
