40 IAS shifted in Haryana

In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana government tonight transferred 40 IAS officers, including eight Deputy Commissioners (DCs), in the state with the immediate effect.
The transferred officers included those of rank of Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Secretary and Commissioner, an official spokesman said here.
The DCs of Karnal, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Hisar, Jind, Rohtak, Sonipat and Panchkula have been shifted.
Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) Chief Administrator D P S Nagal has been made Commissioner Gurgaon in place of Chander Parkash who was named Commissioner Rohtak division and administrator HUDA Rohtak.
Additional Chief Secretary SC Chaudhary was shifted as Additional Chief Secretary Transport and Civil aviation.
Vikas Yadav was named new DC of Karnal, S S Phulia of Kurukshetra, N K Solanki of Kaithal, Chander Shekhar of Sonipat, Nikhil Gajraj of Kurukshetra and Rajeev Rattan of Jind.
