when a private bus overturned in a pit in Shiohabad area, police said here.
The incident took place near Bakalpur village when the bus in which the passengers were travelling fell into a pit and 40 people were injured in the accident, police said.
The injured were admitted to district hospital from where one passenger was referred to Agra, it said.
Police said about 70 passengers were travelling in the bus at the time of accident.
