40-year old woman allegedly raped in Jharkhand

The victim was returning home to Chardiha under Potka block when the accused, Diwakar Das, forcibly dragged her into a nearby bush and committed the crime last night, police said.

Acting on a complaint filed by the victim, police have arrested the culprit and forwarded him to jail custody.
