A case has been registered against 41 people including a government clerk for allegedly getting transfered the lease of 300 'bigha' land on their names by fraudulent means, police said today.
The case was registered on the orders of Tehsildar Sadar Rajeev Raj.
The matter came to the light when the original lease holders went to take the possession of the land and found that it was being owned by some other people, police said.
After a probe, it came to the light that using forged signature of ADM, the land was transferred on the name of the accused in Sirsa Tappo village.
