The five were roaming under suspicious circumstances near IB in Baspur Bangla area in R S Pura sector when they were arrested in the wee hours, they said.
The Bangladeshis were brought to Jammu by a travel agent from Kolkata by a train.
Later, he dropped them at R S Pura border to enable them to exfiltrate to Pakistan, police said.
