According to Sub-Inspector Dinesh Kumar, the seizure was made during the checking of vehicles near Buland Kheda here.
A vehicle with Haryana registration plates was intercepted and, upon a search, yielded 56 cartons of smuggled liquor. The driver of the vehicle, one Khurshid, a resident of Haryana, has been arrested and an FIR in the matter lodged at Dankaur police station, police added.
