6 Additional Judges of Bombay HC elevated as permanent judges
A Law Ministry statement said here that Justice Abhay Mahadeo Thipsay, Justice Utkarsh Vishvanath Bakre, Justice Manoj Shivlal Sanklecha, Justice Ramesh Deokinandan Dhanuka, Justice Sunil Prabhakarrao and Justice Nitin Madhukar Jamdar, Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court, have been elevated as permanent judges with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
Justice Sadhana Sanjay Jadhav, also an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court, has been appointed as the Judge of that High Court with effect from December 16, 2013.
