Additional District and Sessions Judge Dinesh Chand also slapped a fine of Rs 3,000 on each of the accused, government lawyer Qayyum Ali said.
Shyam Singh and Padam Singh were shot dead and another person, Harender, was injured in an attack by the accused over an old enmity in Jansath area of Muzaffarnagar in September 21, 2006, he said.
