Police arrested Yogesh, a resident of Friends colony, Kalwa from Subhash colony Ballabhgarh, Govind from Mirzapur, Lucky from Nawada, Karna, Baburam and Vipin residents of Subhash colony, in separate incidents, a police spokesperson said.
A case has been registered under Excise Act against the accused, police said.
