7 robbers arrested

Police have arrested seven robbers after a brief encounter, and recovered Rs 8 lakh cash they had looted from a private firm employee earlier this month.
The gang members were arrested yesterday, Muzaffarnagar Senior Superintendent of Police Anant Deo told reporters here today.
Police said that during the brief encounter with police of the gang member suffered bullet injuries. He has been admitted to a hospital.
The employee of a private finance firm was robbed of Rs 8 lakh cash here on June 9.
