70-year-old woman charred to death

: A woman was charred to death while three dwellings were reduced to ashes in a fire that broke out at Lower Niti Vihar this morning.
Police sources said that a 70-year-old physically challenged woman, Puspa, was burnt alive when the fire engulfed her house where she was staying alone.
Two other houses were gutted and another was partially burnt in the fire, the cause of which was yet to be ascertained, sources said.
