According to the information made available by the CBI, it had registered 74 cases of Prevention of Corruption Act against IAS, IPS and IRS officers during the last three years -- 2012, 2013, 2014 and till March 31, 2015, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh told Rajya Sabha in a written reply.
In reply to another question, he said the government has not conducted any survey to ascertain whether overall corruption has increased in the country.
