The victim yesterday had gone to the Madarsa when the accused took her to the rooftop and allegedly raped her, SHO Sanganer Rajendra Singh said.
According to the police, the incident came to light when she the victim narrated the ordeal to her parents upon returning home.
A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO)act, Singh said.
She was admitted to JK Lone hospital where doctors have confirmed rape, Singh said adding that efforts are on to identify the accused and nab him.
