The incident took place three months ago, but the woman was threatened by her father-in-law not to disclose it, police said, quoting her complaint.
The woman has also named in the complaint her mother-in-law and brother-in-law for having colluded with the accused in suppressing the issue, police said.
Her husband meanwhile had married another woman after having come to know of the incident, police said.
