Senior party leader Yogendra Yadav said that the party was confident that no person holding a constitutional post would indulge in anything "improper".
"Seems what we fear is happening now behind close doors. Deals are bing fixed, MLAs being bought," Yadav told a press conference here.
The party has been demanding that the legislative assembly should be dissolved and fresh elections be conducted in the national capital.
When asked about rumours of LG planning to invite BJP to form the government, the AAP leader added, "This is not proper. Is he satisfied that a possibility of government formation still exists in Delhi? Has he sought letter from anyone? Unless he satisfies himself that any party has majority mark then all these talks are meaningless."
"Also, there has been no official communciation from the LG on this. We are very confident that no individual occupying a constitutional post will indulge in anything improper," Yadav said.
In the 70-member Delhi assembly, AAP has 28 seats (inclduing expelled MLA Vinod Kumar Binny.
BJP, along with its ally Akali Dal's one MLA, had won 32 seats. The number of BJP MLAs has come down to 28 as three party legislators Harsh Vardhan, Ramesh Bidhuri and Pervesh Verma have been elected to Lok Sabha.
The government led by Arvind Kejriwal had resigned on February 14 after the party's pet project, the Janlokpal Bill, could not be passed.
The Lt Governor had not favoured dissolution of the Delhi assembly as recommended by the Council of Ministers headed by Kejriwal and kept the assembly in suspended animation.
