Abandoned kersoene lamps create flutter

: A pair of abandoned chimney kerosene lamps found on the track on the bridge connecting this town to Cauvery created some tense moments before it was tested and found to be harmless.
The objects were discovered by gangmen who were testing the tracks. They immediately informed railway officials,who in turn informed Railway police and the local police
Police rushed to the spot with sniffer dogs.
A bomb disposal squad which also arrived at the scene, removed the two objects, which were later tested and found harmless.
