Punjab Police have issued a look out circular against Akali leader and liquor baron Shiv Lal Doda and his nephew Amit Doda in the case of murder of a Dalit man in Abohar.

"We have issued a look out circular against Shiva Lal Doda and his nephew Amit Doda and alerted all airport authorities in this regard," DIG of Ferozepur Range Amar Singh Chahal said today.

Look out circular is a letter used by the police to catch absconding criminals and prevent them from crossing borders.
