In his first TED Talk, Shah Rukh addressed the bizarre rumour of his little one AbRam being his eldest son Aryan's love child.
The 51-year-old actor said the rumour was followed by a fake video of Aryan which left the family "disturbed".
"Four years ago, my lovely wife Gauri and me decided to have a third child. It was claimed on the net that he was the love child of our first child, who was 15-year-old.
"Apparently, he sowed his wild oats with a girl while driving her car in Romania. And yeah, there was a fake video to go with it. And we were so disturbed as a family," Shah Rukh said while talking about the impact of social media.
The actor said his elder son, who is 19 now, did not even "have a European driving license."
"Reality became virtual and virtual became real. I started to feel that I couldn't be who I wanted to be or say what I actually thought. And humanity at this time completely identified with me. Both of us were going through mid-life crisis. Humanity, like me, was becoming an over-exposed prima donna."
In his 17 minutes-long speech, Shah Rukh shared thoughts on love, fame and humanity.
TED is devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short and powerful talks on various subjects like education, business, science, tech and creativity.
