Mohammad Yusif, who was evading arrest for the last two years, was held in Narwal area of the city by a police team from Ramban district.
He was wanted by Rajbagh, Jhajarkotli and Nagrota Police Stations of Jammu in different cases, they said, adding that he was brought to Ramban and produced before a local court.
