Goa had taken the lead in the very first minute through Abhijeet and Taheer killed the contest by the 20th minute, scoring seven more goals (4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 13, 18).
His first hat-trick came within a span of just three minutes between 4th to 6th minute.
"I had only dreamt of such a scoring pattern but everything came together today," said Taheer, who is now the tournament's highest scorer with eight goals from two outings.
Meanwhile, North-eastern teams maintained their proud tradition in the Subroto Cup with North-eastern English School, Khabesoi, Manipur and Greenwood School, Kohima, Nagaland also advancing to the last eight stages with easy wins.
