The decision will be pronounced on May 23, investigating officer of the case Bajrang Singh said.
Sandhu had surrendered before the anti-corruption court on May 12 which sent him to judicial custody.
Next day, the court ordered three-day police custody for him after the ACB sought his remand.
On completion of the police remand, he was sent back to the judicial custody till May 25.
Sandhuwas the Additional Principal Secretary of Urban Development & Housing in 2011 when the lease deed of a cooperative land was transferred illegally to a private firm.
The matter was later probed by the ACB which arrested the RAS officer Nishkam Diwakar, company owner Shailendra Garg and interrogated former UDH minister Shanti Dhariwal in October last year.
