Accused in Alagiri aide murder case declared wanted criminal

"Attack" Pandi, main accused in the murder of Pottu Suresh, a DMK functionary and a close associate of former Union Minister M K Alagiri, has been declared a wanted criminal by a court here.
Judicial Magistrate Govindarajan, who issued the proclamation, also issued summons directing him to appear in the court on January 22.
Pandi has been absconding since the murder of Suresh alias N Suresh Babu on January 31, 2012 here by a gang.
Police have arrested five persons in connection with the murder and are on the lookout for Pandi.
