A review of the corporation's financial position was also held and it was decided to take all steps to increase its revenue, a press statement said.
It was also decided that to start new tourism projects through Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) and to speed up starting of new Hotel projects at Muzhapilangad in Thalassery and Kozhikode.
Since the consumption of power by KTDC had increased, it was also decided to tap Non conventional energy at corporation land at Malampuzha and Neyyar dam.
The meeting also decided to resolve the issues connected with boating at famous wild life sanctuary at Thekkady.
