Barry, 62, will exchange vows with 50-year-old Tina Mahina in their hometown of Branson, Missouri, on July 9, and there will be at least one familiar face among the guests at the ceremony, reported Contactmusic.
"We are very excited. We can't wait to share our happiness with friends and family."
The happy couple then plans to jet off to the South Pacific for a luxury honeymoon.
The marriage will be Barry's third. He was married to Diane Martin for two years until 1992, and Eila Mary Matt, the mother of his son Brandon, from 1999 to 2005.
