According to the police, a case under Section 66 A of the IT Act and others has been registered against Khan at the Seema Puri Police Station of North-East Delhi on Monday. Police indicated that Khan could be arrested in this case.
The complaint has been file by one Dr Bheemrao Ambedkar Vichaar Manch which said that the Khan made casteist remarks against an actor in his review of the recently-released 'Raanjhanaa' movie posted on the popular video sharing web site.
According to R L Kane, who is the secretary of Dr Bheemrao Ambedkar Vichaar Manch, the complaint was filed after they sent an e-mail regarding the issue to the newly-appointed Police Commissioner BS Bassi.
The Commissioner later directed the cops to take necessary action in the case following which Station House Officer (SHO) Seema Puri is investigating the case.
