Adecco Group India appoints Marco Valsecchi as CFO

Adecco Group India has appointed Marco Valsecchi as chief financial office (CFO) for the India market with effect from June 1, 2017.
Valsecchi, took over from Vinayak Prabhu who was handling the responsibility in addition to heading General Staffing for the past one year.
Prabhu will now be the Director General Staffing business in India, a company release said today.
Both Valsecchi and Prabhu will be based in Bengaluru.
Prior to joining The Adecco Group, Valsecchi served as the managing director for Punkt in Lugano, Switzerland. He holds a degree in MBA with specialisation in strategy and finance from Babson Graduate School of Business, USA.

Marg ERP, Lenovo join hands to offer GST-compliant accounting * Business solution software provider firm Marg ERP has tied-up with Lenovo to bring small businesses attractive offers of GST-compliant accounting, ERP and POS solutions.
A GST ready version of the Marg ERP with eBusiness app, free for six months, will be available with Lenovo computers.
"This tie-up will provide SMEs and MSMEs easy access to the required software and facilitate a seamless transition," Marg ERP said in a release.
The tie-up will help small businesses and entrepreneurs to choose from attractive offers of GST-compliant accounting, ERP and POS solutions, it added.
"While our immediate aim is to equip and empower SMEs with a GST-friendly software, our long-term goal is to facilitate ease of doing business and avail affordable world class technology for Indian small and medium businesses," managing director of Marg ERP Sudhir Singh said.
