The Brazilian beauty separated from Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric in May, 2014, five years after the couple wed. They subsequently filed divorce papers in New York.
They have since reached a settlement, the terms of which were lodged in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday, reported New York Post.
The documents are confidential, but the Victoria's Secret stunner, who is worth an estimated USD 65 million, has been granted primary custody of their two daughters, six-year-old Valentina and three-year-old Sienna.
Adriana's lawyer, Bill Beslow, is yet to comment on the matter.
