Advani, Mehta out of China Open snooker
Press Trust of India Beijing Top Indian cueists Pankaj Advani and Aditya Mehta crashed out of China Open snooker tournament with first round losses here today.
Advani lost to Ricky Walden of England 1-5 (8-81(81), 74-0, 25-83(69), 8-73, 10-72-10 42-62) while Mehta went down fighting to another Englishman Mark King 4-5 (52-60, 57-52, 1-69, 79-49, 0-81(58), 62-48, 22-73, 62-40, 36-71) at Beijing Students University Stadium.
China Open is the penultimate world ranking event before the World Championship at Sheffield, England from April 16.
