Family members of freedom fighters and martyrs would also be felicitated on the occasion by Advani and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, JMC Councillor and Organising Committee chairman Lekhraj Jeswani told reporters here.
Martyr Hemu Kalani was hanged at the age of 19 in 1943 after he was caught by the British during the pre-independence struggle in Sindh province, according to Anil Lohana, Organising Committee secretary.
The Hemu Kalani park, where the statue is located, has been built with assistance from the MLA fund of Jaipur city legislator Ashok Parnami and Jaipur Municipal Corporation.
