"Flying Bulls" from the Czech Republic were in middle of their stunt when this accident took place.
"Both pilots are safe. A precautionary foreign object removal (parade) was carried out on the runway following the accident. The airshow resumed after the precautionary check," IAF spokesperson S S Birdi said.
The team had performed in earlier editions of the Aero India in 2011 and in 2013.
