After a break, heat, humidity return to Delhi

After respite for a few days, it was a hot and humid day in the national capital today with both the maximum and minimum temperature breaching the 40 and 30-degree mark respectively after several days.
The day temperature remained three degrees above normal at 40.6 deg C while the minimum temperature too remained three notches above normal at 31.2 deg C, the MeT department said.
Humidity oscillated between 31 and 68 per cent throughout the day.
For tomorrow, the Weather office has predicted partly cloudy sky. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 39 deg C and 29 deg C, respectively.
