Actor Arjun Rampal, who is fit and fabulous at 40, feels that age is just a number.
"Age doesn't mean anything. Its all in your head. Men get sexier with age. They also get wiser and get experienced. As long as you don't go through mid-life crisis where you are 40 and want to play an 18-year-old character on screen, I think you are okay," Arjun said.
The model-actor believes in staying fit, which is his mantra to happiness.
"I look at fitness as a necessity in the same way as how you drink water, eat food, one should look at fitness in a dedicated way. People will look fresh and happy. If you are happy you in a way look fit," he said.
On work front, Arjun seems quite excited as he will be seen as a strong youth leader committed to become a politician in his upcoming film "Satyagraha".
Directed by Prakash Jha, the political thriller stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Manoj Bajpai, Amrita Rao. It releases on August 30.
The national-award winning actor will be seen next in "Roy" alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez.
"We will start shooting in November there is a long way to go for it."
It has been learnt that Ranbir plays a brooding thief in "Roy", directed by newcomer Vikram Singh while Arjun and Jacqueline play filmmakers. The film is scheduled to release in June next year.
