Ahead of his proposed bus yatra in all districts of Andhra Pradesh, noted actor and Jana Sena party chief Pawan Kalyan offered prayers at the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara here today.
He arrived here last night and trekked the 10 km long stairway of Tirumala Hills, party sources told PTI.
After an overnight halt, he paid his obeisance to Lord Venkateswara this morning and would stay back on the hills tonight too, they added.
Pawan Kalyan, who supported TDP and BJP combine in the last general elections in 2014, has snapped his ties with the ruling Telugu Desam Party and is likely to launch his road shows by a bus sometime this week in AP that goes to the polls in May next year.
