The strike has been called off and a committee has been formed to take the agitation to a logical conclusion, BAJ vice president Pranav Kohli said.
Meanwhile, lawyers, led by President, BAJ, Abhinav Sharma, boycotted their work for the second consecutive day today in protest against shifting of AIIMS project to Kashmir from Jammu, Kohli said.
Most cases in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and subordinate courts had to be adjourned because of non- availability of pleaders.
"We are demanding that AIIMS project should be granted to Jammu immediately by the Central government. The project which was meant for Jammu region was shifted by the government to Kashmir, which is injustice with Jammu," said Kohli.
