The inaugural flight was flagged off by R V Deshpande, Karnatkaa Minister for Heavy Industries and Tourism and Sreenivas Prasad, Minister for Revenue, Air India said in a release.
The introduction of the flight was a great boon to the tourists as well corporates like Infosys and others in IT sector which have campuses in Mysuru, it said.
The flight left Bengaluru at 6.00 a.M. Today with nine passengers and returned from Mysore with 16 passengers.
